Peluang8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

Use of the peluang8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. peluang8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Peluang8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage users and will close the account and forfeit all balances if it is established that a user is under 18.
• Location: These terms are intended for users residing in Malaysia. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted only one active account on peluang8 at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• True Identity: All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Users must register under their own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or who are subject to a court order restricting them from financial activities are not permitted to use peluang8.

The registration process at peluang8 is designed to be quick and straightforward — taking less than 3 minutes to complete. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 2 and agree to be bound by this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your peluang8 account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. peluang8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat or at support@peluang8.best.

Users are responsible for keeping their account information current, including an active phone number and email address. Outdated or incorrect details may affect your ability to receive OTPs, verify transactions, or recover account access. Peluang8 is not liable for any loss of access or processing delays resulting from account information that has not been kept up to date by the user.

All financial transactions on peluang8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Peluang8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods specific to the Malaysian market: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Foreign payment methods are not accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 50 for all payment methods. Deposits are credited to your peluang8 account within 2 minutes of the transaction being successfully confirmed by the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal transaction. Withdrawals are processed by the peluang8 finance team within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (8 AM – 12 midnight). Withdrawals received outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating day.
• Payment Method Verification: The payment account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered peluang8 account. peluang8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC for Large Withdrawals: Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card and proof of payment method. This is a standard industry compliance requirement that cannot be waived.
• No Hidden Fees: peluang8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — this is beyond peluang8's control.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Before any balance containing a bonus can be withdrawn, the associated wagering requirement must be fully met. Further details are set out in Section 5.

Peluang8 offers a range of promotions from time to time — including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, accumulator bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• One Bonus Per Account: Each bonus type may only be claimed once per peluang8 account, unless it is a recurring promotion explicitly stated as such (such as weekly cashback). Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 from your bonus balance before it can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion type. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without any further notification.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g. slots only, or table games only). Bets placed on ineligible games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• peluang8 Reserves the Right to Modify Promotions: peluang8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently active.

The peluang8 Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and over 30 other sports categories. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on peluang8:

• Confirmed Bets Are Final: Once your bet is confirmed and a reference number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature where available, or in the event of a verified technical error acknowledged by peluang8.
• Odds at Time of Confirmation: The odds applied to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the system — not the odds shown when you first selected the match, as odds may change between selection and confirmation.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If the match resumes and concludes within 12 hours, original bets remain valid.
• Odds Errors: Where displayed odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error (for example, odds of 100.00 for a team that should be priced at 1.20), peluang8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the user.
• Live Betting (In-Play): Live bets are processed based on current match conditions. peluang8 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play betting outcomes.
• Single Bet Per Match: Only one bet per market (e.g. 1X2) is allowed for each match within the same bet slip. Placing multiple bets on the same market in a single match via an accumulator is not permitted.

All casino games available on peluang8 — including video slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and other table games — are provided by internationally licensed software providers and use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness on every round.

The Return to Player (RTP) values stated for each game on peluang8 are long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds — they are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session. An RTP of 96.5% means that over the long run, for every RM 100 wagered, an average of RM 96.50 is returned to players in the form of winnings. The outcome of each round or game is entirely random and independent of all others.

Peluang8 does not modify game software received from providers and does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Any complaints regarding game fairness may be submitted to the peluang8 support team and will be thoroughly investigated using stored system logs.

To keep the peluang8 platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or using another person's account without their authorisation, or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the peluang8 platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Users who discover any bugs or loopholes in the system are required to report them to the peluang8 support team immediately.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, whether in casino games or Sports Betting (match fixing).
• Use of the peluang8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with the peluang8 support team.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at peluang8 staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other means to conceal your true location in order to bypass applicable geo-restrictions.

Peluang8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe when requested.
• Activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A user's own request to close their account or self-exclude via the responsible gaming feature.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

In cases of termination at the user's own request (not due to a breach), any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user via the original payment method following the necessary verification process. In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, peluang8 reserves the right to withhold the balance while an investigation is conducted.

Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a breach of these Terms are not permitted to register a new account on peluang8. Any attempt to do so constitutes a further violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities where fraud is involved.

Peluang8 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with best efforts made to ensure consistent uptime and stability. That said, peluang8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or scheduled maintenance downtime.

Peluang8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of:

• Technical disruptions on the platform that are outside peluang8's control, including the user's internet connection issues or device failures.
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes — each game result is random, and peluang8 is not liable for any losses arising from legitimate game results.
• Actions by third parties including payment providers, game suppliers, or other parties outside the direct control of peluang8.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own security negligence, such as sharing their password.

Peluang8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Peluang8 is committed to responsible gaming and treats this as a moral obligation, not merely a compliance requirement. The peluang8 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must be used responsibly. We encourage all users to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all peluang8 members and can be accessed directly from the Account Settings page without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limit: Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Decreases to this limit take effect immediately, while increases take 7 days to come into effect — serving as a cooling-off protection period.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake per single bet to prevent impulsive oversized wagers.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a defined period. Once this limit is reached, you will be unable to place new bets until it resets at the start of the next period.
• Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit and receive a pop-up alert when you are approaching it.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Choose to suspend your peluang8 account for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in or access any part of the platform.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your peluang8 account for a minimum of 1 year or indefinitely. This cannot be reversed while the exclusion period is active.
